ZARC Complaints and Takedown Policy
ZARC is responsible for ensuring that its Registry Operations are conducted in a manner that safeguards the stability and integrity of its domain name management system and consequently the need to protect the interests of Registrars, Registrants and the greater Internet community.
ZARC is committed to offering high quality professional services to its clients when it comes to handling all complaints made against its registrants, accredited registrars and their resellers operating in the current and future domain name spaces managed and administered by the ZARC.
In line with its committments, the ZARC provides the following policies and documents to support its committments:
1. Complaints Management Policy and Procedure: The policy outlining the types of complaints the ZARC will review, as well as the procedures for how complaints will be managed.
2. Anti-Abuse and Takedown Policy: The policy outlning the various actions that the ZARC may take when it receives a valid complaint and has to remove a domain name from the zone.
3. Complaints Form: The form to be submitted to the ZARC when lodging a complaint.
