Do you provide a web interface for the onboarding process

A complete web interface which allows the complete tracking and management of onboarding and accreditations will be provided to registrars.

Will premium pricing only apply to registration or to transfer and renewal as well?

Only to new registrations.

Do you provide a web-based interface for regisrars to manage domain names (URL)?

No

Do you provide a policy for refunding registrations?

There is a policy for refunds on Grace Period Registrations.

Do you provide financial reports (invoice, detailed invoice and statement) as a PDF file?

Yes. Registrars will be able to obtain various reports through their Registrar Panel.

Will the registrar accounts use pre-payment or post-payment?

All registrar accounts will use the pre-payment method. Registrars may apply for credit if they want it.

What currencies are available for the registrar Account?

How can we receive the registry zone file?

ZARC will not provide the zone file for download or any other viewing apart from querying through the WHOIS.

Are you using special extensions for your EPP API?

ZARC does offer numerous EPP extensions.

Do you have a real-time or non-real time registration system?

A complete real-time registration system.

Does your policy allow Whois privacy?

Yes

How often will Whois be updated?

The WHOIS system retrieves information is a real-time manner, allowing the retrieval of the most recent information pertaining to a domain.

What are the min and max renewal periods for the TLDs?

A domain may be renewed up to a maximum of 10 years, with a minimum of 1 year.

Do you allow usage of glue nameservers?

Yes.

Do you require pre-configured DNS before domain registration?

No. ZARC might, from time to time, check the authority of nameservers and report faulty nameservers to the registrar.

What are the min and max nameservers required for a domain name?

A minimum of 2 nameservers with a maximum of 10.

Will you offer IDN domains?

No.
