To become an Accredited Registrar with ZARC there are a few requirements which must be met.
Namely:
* Payment of the R5000 accreditation fee (non-refundable).
* Legal Review (verification of company and personal identification documents).
* Technical Review (your system(s) must pass the technical accreditation checks for EPP).
* Add Funds to your account to purchase the supported ZA SLDs.
* Set up ACL and SSL for connection to our EPP system.
You cannot register, transfer or manage a domain name through your account on portal.zarc.net.za. This application is solely used to manage the Registrar’s account with ZARC.

CIPC Domains
If you have registered a domain name with the CIPC, then you need to contact an Accredited Registrar to assist you with transferring the domain name to them so that they can help you manage it. This domain name transfer is free of charge.
Once your domain name is transferred you can then enable email and website hosting for the domain name with your preferred Registrar.
